Return & Refund
1. What is the return and refund policy?
Our customer can only return the products when there is a quality issue such as spoilage, expired, damaged, altered etc. We will inspect the cause and reason for the quality issue and if the reason is validated, we will return money or replace the product. Please call at 09678-444-555 or email us at contact@bengalmeat.com for return and refund issues.
2. Can I get a refund via cash?
We will refund in the way we received payment. If you paid through cash, you will get refund through cash. If you made online payment, you will get refund through bank payment.
3. I have not yet received my refund for online payment.
Once the refund process has been initiated, the amount will be returned to your bank account within 7 business days. If you haven’t received your refund within 7 business days, please reach out to us at contact@bengalmeat.com
